Recovery and Hope...

Yes!  Twice a year, we lead the group at the Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, California.  We would love for you to join us.

If you are facing the end of your marriage, you need help to begin again.  This workshop is designed especially for you.  You will find:

•Great speakers. Our speakers are all in the process of recovering from the loss of a spouse.  They are real, honest, and able to communicate hope!  You will see yourself again and again as you glean from their wisdom.

•Relevant information. Our staff is "turning their scars into stars" by helping others through the emotional minefield of loss.  They know the pain, but they also know about recovery.  You will, too, before you finish!

•Understanding. The entire leadership team is walking the road to recovery.  Some didn't believe in divorce; others didn't know death would come so soon.  They thought life had ended, too.  Someone there has faced much of what you are going through.  You will be heard...with compassion, and without judgment.

•Small group support You won't just listen...you'll be encouraged to walk through the healing process!  You will become part of a small group that will listen to you when you want to talk, comfort you when you feel unlovable, help you see when you don't know which way to go, and encourage you when you feel hopeless.

•The courage to begin again.  None of us married expecting death to invade our homes.  None of us grew up wanting to be divorced.  All of us are different.  But one by one, we gained the courage to begin again. You can heal at your own pace, but you will find courage to embrace that healing through friends who care.

•Help for your children! For the first time ever, we will also offer a grief recovery program for your children.  They will discuss the same topics as you do, at the same time, in a nearby room; you will receive help on how to talk to them at home.  A flyer outlining their program is enclosed.  To enroll them, a parent must attend Beginning Again I concurrently.  There is no extra charge for your children to attend.
